UHC Mooney Grand Opening

Legacy Construction is proud to announce the Grand Opening of another project for United Health Centers of the San Joaquin Valley! This tenant improvement was originally a World Market and was repurposed into a stunning 18,000 SQ FT health facility in the heart of Visalia, CA.

This build was strategic. 31% of the local community live in poverty, 36% have not had dental in the last year, and 1 in 4 people do not have a usual source of healthcare. Of the 93277 area’’s 52,271 person population, nearly 20,000 are low income. United Health Center’s dedication to serving the needs of everyone in their communities echoes through their mission statement; “We are committed to the lifetime wellness of our communities by providing accessible, comprehensive quality health care to everyone with compassion and respect, regardless of ability to pay.”

Located at 4038 S Mooney Visalia, CA 93277, this facility is the first United Health Center in Visalia. This location is positioned to serve up to 7,500 patients a year. Legacy is a vertically integrated commercial contractor that uses data-driven strategies to develop and build health facilities in the communities that need the services the most.
